Datanautix Inc. ("Datanautix," "we," "us") operates the sentimetrx.ai platform and related services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you use our products, including conversational surveys, AI analytics (Ask Ana), branded agents, town halls (PulseIQ), social media moderation tools, and related features.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, organization name, and role. We use Supabase for authentication and data storage.

Survey and Feedback Data

When respondents participate in surveys or town halls, we collect their responses, including open-ended text, rating scores, demographic information, and psychographic data as configured by the survey creator. Respondents may optionally provide their name.

Social Media Data

When you connect your social media accounts (Facebook Pages, Instagram Business), we access comments on your posts through official platform APIs. We only access data from accounts you explicitly authorize. We store comment text, author names, and timestamps for moderation and analysis purposes.

AI Agent Conversations

Conversations with branded AI agents are stored for quality review, analytics, and improvement of the service. Conversation data includes messages exchanged, session identifiers, and optionally the user's name if provided.

Usage Data

We collect standard usage data including IP addresses (for rate limiting), browser type, pages visited, and feature usage patterns.

2. How We Use Information

Deliver the service — process survey responses, run AI analytics, generate reports, moderate social media comments
AI processing — we use third-party AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI) to analyze text, detect themes, classify sentiment, and generate insights. Data sent to AI providers is processed according to their respective privacy policies and is not used to train their models
Improve the platform — understand usage patterns and improve features
Communicate — send alerts, notifications, and service updates
Security — detect abuse, enforce rate limits, and protect against malicious activity

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share data only in these circumstances:

AI providers — text data is sent to Anthropic and/or OpenAI for analysis. These providers process data under their enterprise terms and do not use it for model training
Social media platforms — when you take moderation actions (hide, delete, reply), we send those actions to the respective platform API on your behalf
Infrastructure providers — we use Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database), Resend (email), and Twilio (SMS) to operate the service
Legal requirements — we may disclose information if required by law, regulation, or legal process

4. Data Retention

Survey responses and analytics data are retained for the duration of your account. Social media comments are retained while your social accounts are connected. You may delete individual responses, datasets, or disconnect social accounts at any time. When you delete your account, we delete all associated data within 30 days.

5. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including:

Encrypted data transmission (TLS/HTTPS)
Row-level security in our database (Supabase RLS)
OAuth 2.0 for social media account connections
Rate limiting and content safety filters on all public endpoints
API keys stored as environment variables, never in code

6. Social Media Permissions

When you connect a Facebook Page or Instagram Business account, you grant us specific permissions to:

Read comments on your posts
Reply to comments on your behalf
Hide or delete comments on your posts

You can revoke these permissions at any time by disconnecting your account in our settings or by removing our app from your Facebook/Instagram settings. We only access data from pages and accounts you explicitly authorize — we never access personal profiles, private messages, or data from accounts you do not own.

7. Cookies and Tracking

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising trackers or sell data to ad networks. We may use analytics tools to understand platform usage in aggregate.

8. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

Access the personal information we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate information
Request deletion of your information
Export your data in a portable format
Opt out of certain processing activities
