Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the sentimetrx.ai platform and related services operated by Datanautix Inc. ("Datanautix," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Datanautix provides a conversational intelligence platform under the sentimetrx brand, including:

Conversational surveys with AI-powered follow-up
PulseIQ — live town hall and focus group sessions
Ask Ana — AI-powered data analysis and reporting
StoryTime — automated insight deck generation
Branded AI agents with knowledge base management
Social media comment moderation (Facebook, Instagram)
Data ingestion from Reddit, Substack, Google Reviews, Regulations.gov, and other sources

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the platform to collect data from individuals without appropriate consent
Deploy surveys, agents, or town halls that contain deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading content
Attempt to circumvent content safety filters or AI guardrails
Use the platform to harass, intimidate, or target individuals
Reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the underlying AI models or algorithms
Exceed rate limits or abuse API access
Violate the terms of connected third-party platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)

4. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you collect through the platform, including survey responses, social media data accessed through your connected accounts, and analysis outputs. We do not claim ownership of your data.

You grant us a limited license to process your data as necessary to provide the service — including AI analysis, theme detection, sentiment classification, and report generation. This license terminates when you delete your data or close your account.

5. Social Media Integration

When you connect social media accounts, you authorize us to perform actions on your behalf, including reading comments, replying to comments, hiding comments, and deleting comments. You are responsible for ensuring your use of these moderation features complies with the connected platform's policies and applicable laws.

We act solely as your agent when performing moderation actions. You retain full responsibility for the content of replies posted through our platform.

6. AI-Generated Content

Our platform uses AI to generate analysis, insights, survey follow-up questions, agent responses, and reports. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before acting on it or sharing it with others.

AI agent responses are shaped by the knowledge base and guardrails you configure. You are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of your agent's knowledge base and configuration.

7. Content Safety

We employ automated content safety measures to detect and filter harmful content including hate speech, profanity, threats, and prompt injection attempts. These measures apply to survey responses, agent conversations, and town hall discussions. We reserve the right to filter, flag, or remove content that violates our safety policies.

8. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications to the platform that temporarily affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned downtime.

9. Fees and Payment

Certain features and usage levels require a paid subscription. Pricing is available at datanautix.com/pricing. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination:

Your access to the platform will be suspended
You may request an export of your data within 30 days
We will delete your data within 30 days of account closure
Connected social media accounts will be automatically disconnected

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms or engage in activity that threatens the security or integrity of the platform.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Datanautix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or reputational harm from AI-generated content or social media moderation actions.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Datanautix from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, your content, your survey or agent deployments, or your social media moderation actions.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Orange County, Florida.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
